Leo Espino has joined Country Club Mortgage in Visalia as a mortgage loan officer. Leo comes to Country Club with over 30 years experience in the mortgage business. Honesty, hard work and that personal touch is the key to his success throughout the years. He has worked with several types of loans throughout his career including FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional and Construction loans, just to name a few. Leo started in the mortgage business in 1984 as the areas first Spanish Speaking loan officer.

In 2006, Leo was recognized as the TCAOR Affiliate of the Year. An award that he is most proud of. Playing music with his band, AUGUST is one of his favorite past times.

Most of the Realtors in the area may recognize him as that guy behind the camera as he's been the TCAOR board photography chairman for the past 25 years. It is his way of contributing back to the people he works with.
